APPOINTMENT TYPES:
Initial Consultation - 15 min
NO CHARGE!
Prior to establishing a treatment relationship, I am always happy to schedule a phone consultation. This will help me get to know what concerns you are hoping to address and determine if we are a good fit for one another. If not, I will provide you with resources to find a provider better suited to your needs. My ultimate goal is to ensure that you receive the best care possible, even if that is not with me!

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation - 60 min
$380 (self-pay rate)
This is your first appointment with me. My goal is for you to feel welcome and heard!
We will discuss your mental health symptoms and concerns in-depth, and develop a treatment plan together that will help you to achieve your goals. The treatment plan may include medication recommendations, therapy, and/or lifestyle modifications.
Follow-up Appointments - 30 min
$175 (self-pay rate)
After establishing care and completing the initial psychiatric evaluation appointment, we will meet regularly to review your progress, discuss changes in your symptoms & concerns, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. If you prefer to incorporate additional psychotherapeutic modalities into appointments, an extended appointment time may be offered to allow us the opportunity to address your needs thoroughly (depending on my availability).
How often we meet will depend on the unique individual and situation. This could be weekly, all the way to every three months. We will work together to figure out what would be best for you!
YOUR APPOINTMENTS MAY INCLUDE:
Medication Management
If your mental health symptoms are causing significant impairment in your daily life and making it difficult to do the things you love, medication may be helpful. After thorough review and discussion of your symptoms, I may recommend medication treatment. We will discuss any concerns, risks, and side effects together so I can provide you the information you need to make an informed decision. If you decide medication is not right for you, that’s OK too!
Psychotherapy
Therapy is a helpful and effective tool in managing mental health symptoms. In addition to medication management, I can help you develop coping strategies to manage stress and burnout in a healthy way, challenge negative thought patterns that are holding you back, or work toward behavioral changes that will improve your health (such as quitting smoking). I utilize a patient-centered approach and enjoy tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs.
Lifestyle Counseling
In many cases, lifestyle modifications can have significant benefit for your mental health. We can work on sleep hygiene, nutrition, and incorporating movement and exercise that is within your abilities and preferences. Often, adding yoga, meditation, and/or mindfulness exercises can be helpful. I can help guide you on where to start! I am happy to provide accountability and assist you with setting lifestyle goals that you will be motivated to work toward.
